The hotel is not bad compared to other hotels in the city. Rooms were clean, but no toiletries or bathroom essentials were provided. The good thing about this hotel is, it's located in the heart of the city.
It's nice place to stay. Close to the station and bus stand. Rooms are simple with good ventilation. They do not provide any breakfast or tea but they are happy to get it from outside. friendly people
It was a very bad experience to stay in this hotel, the staff were talking very rudely and arrogantly. Even after asking to bring a bottle of water, after 1 hour they told me that the staff has gone to bring water and after asking 4 times to clean the room, no one came, and then they say that the staff has left no staff is available to clean room ,for changing bedsheet etc. Seeing the behavior of the staff, it seemed that they were doing us a favour.
Most disgusting place to stay in the entire Miraj. Be prepared to climb one floor to find the tiny reception. Entire second floor doesn't have geysers fitted in the rooms. Don't expect hot water after 10am, when asked the attender said will get a bucket of hot water. I had to wake up the attender to start the boiler and followed him to make sure he turn the fire on which took an hour to get hot water. Never ever visit with a family. That's my only humble request.

The hotel is very old but still has USP near to bus stand and railway station. The rooms are just okay and the bathroom needs to be more clean. Even the suit was not that clean, has a noisy window air conditioning, bed sheet for a double bed was made from two single bed size bed sheets. Napkins were not provided. Room service is good. Staff is polite and co operative. Good for a night stay in Miraj.
