Had my sister Engagement here. Wonderful service and tasty food by the staffs. Halls were spacious and clean. Food both veg and non veg good.. would recommend for family functions

Located 11 kms from the beach where the French architecture are located. Rooms are not too clean. Had AC issue but got fixed. Breakfast complementary average. Lunch at restaurant wasn't the best either. Festival season the rooms were too pricey.

Stinking rooms, wallpapers worn-out, very costly for the quality of the rooms. They assured compliment brkfast...but it's not a buffet. It will get served at ur room, any one dish like idly or poori or Pongal. Very tiny bathroom, all fixtures were salted / rusted, hardly u can see ur face in the mirror as it got worn-out.. for the price I was expecting much better ambiance and food and disappointed to the core . Very Bad experience

Good experience, staying in the hotel. Clean rooms, staff is polite and helpful. Although for the ones, planning to put up in the heart of the city; the hotel is located on the outskirts of Pondicherry. Plus point for those who would prefer to be in a quieter place, away from the hustle bustle of the city.

Cost is very very high but valuable is very poor. Recently I got chicken chettinad parcel. It's Rs 250 cost . It was only 3 or 4 peaces. I was very disappointed. You don't know the value of Rs. 250. I never come to your hotel. It's very very........!

The stay was pleasant and the staffs service is very good and polite. I stayed with family for two days and really worth for money. Breakfast is complimentary and it's very good and tasty .

Booked for my kids birthday party, the hall was neatly maintained, and the food arranged by the team was really good, I got positive comments from my relatives. A few improvements needed in the lift, the lift was not operated to the basement and during the powercut automatic rescue and landing to the near floor was not working. I personally got stuck in the lift for more than 5 mins. But the way the food was served to the guests was good. Much recommended for birthday parties and other small functions.
