HOTEL AKSHARA INTERNATIONAL - Resort hotel in Dhanbad - Dhanbad, India

We have booked 20 rooms for marriage event. Rooms are big and clean may be because the building is new. The decoration service was truly awesome. If you are going for a few hours or a day then they can manage. But if you're doing a bulk booking for more than a day and guest's count is high then their services will crash drastically. ACs were not sufficient and existing were not working in the party hall, AC's swing was not working in rooms. The good thing was that they repaired ACs at the same time once we complaint. But the overall experience was very disappointing. Incompetent staff, poor management and they don't have proper electricity backup for their party hall. We had our mehandi function and from 7:00 to 10:00 pm they were not able to manage power backup for continuous 10 mins. we were literally playing songs on our own portable sound bars. They really need to work on their hospitality, facility improvement and staff training.

Really fantastic rooms and services. Food quality are very good and reasonable. This is situated in a Bengali para.

Simply awesome... Rooms are neat and clean. Staff is also good with healthy manners. Overall best place to stay in Dhanbad.

Wrost Experience in this hotel no maintenance no cleaning and many important thing owner behaviour is very very poor. Don't go to this hotel waste time and waste money and time also...don't check in totally time waste.not good service

Recently I visited and I found gud hospitality and gud behaviour of all staffs and owner ...from my view this is one of the best and budget friendly hotel in Dhanbad, all sections was clean and well maintained, Best service, fooding, In best price available here, Must visit hotel for comfort in dhanbad

Poor service bad behaviour First of all please improve your maths it's 55 people and 23 rooms. Second we made it very clear at the time of booking at that time you said there will be no issues and the quality of service will be good enough to accommodate. If you are not able to take care of guests then please don't take the bulk booking. One more thing please make sure and clarify among your staff "who is the owner either you or kundan". Because you didn't have any control over the staff and your staff are highly unprofessional and misbehaving.

Very good hotel in Dhanbad to stay and feeling like home. Rooms are very clean and hygiene..
