The hotel is in the heart of the town. It is situated near railway station bus stand. most convenienty is share auto is available for everywhere for the town. Room is clean. service is good.But room is small. and it has no Window. overall one say best value for ur money
Best for budget stay. If you're in a hurry and need a stay for overnight then it's the best place. I enjoyed it. Room was small as well clean and overall good. Accommodation was budget friendly.
i had a great stay at hotel aksara: the staff was friendly, tv, hot shower, soap and towel were provided, quite surroundings. there are many restaurants just around the corner. thank you i will come again :)
hotel is well located near to market but no parking available,situated in 2nd floor & entrance through complicated narrow stair path..room are small & not that clean. I don't recommend this hotel for family
Location is good. Room are not clean. They are not changing bed sheet. Its used by other customers. No ventilation in the room. My room no is 108 is AC room
Rooms were cramped and had no windows.. Did have an AC. Condition of the rooms was good.. It's worth it if you're single person looking pass one night..
I stayed for four days in the last week at Hotel Aksara, Siliguri. This is a small, neat & clean and decent hotel. The price is cheap. The behavior of receptionist and other staff is very good & cordial.

Staying solo at this hotel was a serene experience. The staff was incredibly accommodating and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Their service was impeccable, making me feel welcome and well taken care of throughout my visit.
Attended a wedding reception. Service staff and security people were very polite and helpful. Location is very good if you want to be in the center of this town, not a very good location if you want a little bit of peace and quiet around you.
The hotel is very nice and the staff is very cooperative. Their room service is fast and they try to have as little hold up as possible. We had a very comfortable stay both times we went. Totally recommend.
