**AKMG Dindigul - A Nightmare Stay** My stay at AKMG Hotel in Dindigul was a complete disaster. Unprofessional staff, dirty rooms, lack of amenities, unpleasant surroundings, and overpriced. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Renovated old building. Old mosaic floor. Cupboard not usable. Located at the heart of the city. Ok for this price tag.

Worst ever experience of my life... booked the rooms in a website and they gave the confirmation mail.... traveled around 300 kms and while checking inn they said the room was canceled and all the precautionary mail were sent to the booking websites 2 days prior.... when I asked them to show the mail they sent to the booking sites they pretend to show me bcoz 1 day prior I got a mail from the booking site as u room is ready no need to call the hotel ... this showed that they have done some fraud... when I asked to return back my money they told to cancel the room and get it back... but I haven't received any amount so far... Don't book this hotel full of fraud ppl and money makers can't rate below than 1
Decent rooms for the price. Booked as a solo traveller, goIbibo has clear information on what you expect in the room. There is no AC for the budget rooms. It has a decent twin bed, (very) small tv, fan, mosquito repellent, a chair and a desk. Back side of the building has a open space, so if u want some fresh air / light you can leave it open for sometime (beware of mosquitoes so close it before evening). Toilet is clean n tidy, I'm not a heater freak but whenever i checked hot water was coming. They too have family rooms with AC (Triple bed). The famous kozhi nadar kadai is next to the building so you can enjoy the authentic Dindigul lunch n dinner. Those who looking for bar, try Vivera Grande, which is next to this hotel, they have variety of alcohols and decent atmosphere, price is way cheaper comparing to Chennai. (a plate full of complimentary side dish too). They are not providing any towel or toiletries, so ensure to carry one. Room service and receptionists are very friendly. I would strongly recommend this place for the budget for solo and family stay. Good luck.
The hotel was really well maintained.they have 24hours check in. Non AC rooms were very spacious,well maintained and had Netlon on Windows. This is an important point for all of us to consider. Cleanliness level was high and drinking water was available outside the room 1can per floor. Well connected to the national highway.

Best hotel in Dindugul. Rooms are really good and well maintained. Only thing is they will have chocolates, beer, water bottle kept readily in each room but don't take it unless it is necessary as it is double the cost. Rest the ambience is good.
Clean and reasonable room, lift available, toilet was clean, hot water available, no wardrobe as such - just two big shelves to keep things, quite some mosquitoes in the non ac room.
