Today is 21.10.23 My name is Md.akil from Kolkata. I have already a very bad experience in my room as I arrived yesterday morning at asansol akash hotel asansol.I am not able to sleep because of Bed bugs in my bed. I am not able to sleep till now it's 1.30 am in the morning. Very dirty room, very poor service. Not at all higeine . & wen I asked to change my room the employee of this hotel to refused to change the room..

Good for both business & family trip. Rooms are hygienic, clean & decorated. Tarif are good. They offer outside food in rooms with small additional charge. Use to stay twice per month for official tour. Staffs are friendly & cooperative.
Excellent hotel with excellent location,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff,he makes our trip more interesting with his advices & tips about the city. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody!
