Was there for 3 nights , & the geyser was not working, the receptionist was kind and on request ,She choose to provide hot water at room. The AC was not working properly The food is average

Mrigen and his team was excellent in providing a very good environment during our stay. Immense effort into hospitality. Food was excellent and served hot. Overall I was very satisfied with the team and their support. Also wanted to highlight that the place is very clean and well maintained. Good luck for the future and keep up the good work.

Hotel Akanksha Palace Near to main marketm Room sizes are very big and spacious, neat and clean. Restaurant food was delicious. Overall it was a very good experience. I was there 2 days and this #Hotel was value for money. Everyone should come here once...

Hotel is situated in a central Location which gives the advantage to move about. Food has to improve a lot. Neither breakfast nor lunch was to the mark. Rooms are ok and so is bathroom. Neat and maintained. Service needs further improvement both in terms of rooms service and even tele callers.

I'm regular visit this hotel is awesome . All services are up to the mark. All staff is well trained and well behave . And so humble every one should come once to this hotel

Management is very good. Cleanliness is maintained in a very good way. Rooms are 4 star category. Service is very pro and most importantly location is at the heart of the city. Food is very good.

This is good business hotel. I really like this hotels service quality. Rooms are not big but if u r travel for business this is ok. Absolutely excellent service u can relay. But u may not get breakfast on ur choice. Food is avarage. Location is in market place on Tinsukia.

If you want to waste your money, this is the right place. Pros: Ambience & service Cons: Excessively high priced (plain rice: Rs 80) Quantity is much less. I ordered for 1 mutton biriyani & 1 chicken biriyani, it was simply a fried rice with tiny meat chunks which costs Rs 250. Hotel Authority, kindly take this matter seriously.
