Hotel has clean room and helpfull staff. Rooms are comparatively small. In my room there were cokroaches but they applied cockroach repellant spray as soon as I had complained. Hotel is nearby Ajmer junction railway station (walking distance), in a busy market area. So those who do not like the hussle bussel, please avoid this. But I enjoyed the locality as food, transport every thing was very nearby. Dargah Shariff is within walking distance, around 800 meters from the hotel. Overall I have enjoyed the stay in this hotel along with my family.

This hotel is located very near to railway station, just at a walking distance. If I talk about the cleanliness, the hotel was spot clean including our room as well as the washroom along with all mentioned amenities. We selected room with the breakfast option and need to check out at 7:30 AM next morning but they told us our kitchen opens at 8:00 AM but upon our request they arrange breakfast for all 6 members as early as 7:15 AM which is such a good gesture. I really recommend this hotel to everyone. Staff was very helpful and very polite. Value for money!!
I was pleased with the kind of facility provided in Ajmer regency hotel room. The service was very prompt however, the small refrigerator was not working. The other thing I missed the most is the natural aur ventilation although it may not be a possibility in the AC room. The hotel staff was very cordial especially the guy sitting on the desk and very helpful indeed. I would recommend the people to stay in this hotel if you are coming as a family of three and also it's very near to the Railway station and many eateries available in the nearby area

I just want to say A perfect stay. Mr Alok is very nice person. Rooms are clean and spacious. Room service also good. Covid 19 Protocol are complete followed. Very near to Railway station just walking distance also near to Dargah. I recommend all travel to visit this Hotel
hotel staff and owner were very polite, helpfull and generous. they guided us with do's and don't when u are in Ajmer. rooms were cleaned and sanitized. every area in hotel was sanitized. food was good, missing gobhi paratha and plain maggi unique style. family was satisfied with location. dargah was 1km from hotel, local shops and street food were close to hotel.
