I am writing to let you know how much I appreciate the outstanding customer service the staff and their Manager Gaurav have provided. They both have always been very attentive and helpful. Their kind gesture and hospitality has always been beyond satisfaction. I truly say hats of to your team. Please let them as well as the other employees know that their efforts do not go unnoticed. Thank you once again for hiring such excellent staff and hope to see them and interact with them at my every visit.

Wonderful experience. I stayed in this hotel with my cousins for 5 days and we did not feel that we are away from home. All the facilities here are top class. I really liked staying at this place. I don't need to look for other hotels now. I will book this one everytime.

Very nice hotel to stay in Chakan. All the staffs were very helpful. Especially the Front office Manager Mr. Deepak Tripathi made this place feel at home and pleasant. They also served very good veg dishes. Definitely a very decent place to try..

Not Good Facilities No proper service , staff bad-tempered and arrogant Quality of food is very poor, method of serving is very rough and delay in serving food. Wosted Hotel

This is a nice friendly hotel. Probably they can improve in service. The rates are pocket friendly and the staff are very helpful.

Worst hotel ever. We booked this hotel from make my trip. Our check in time is 12 pm. We reached at 2pm. When we asked for check in, manager told us we didn't receive any confirmation of your booking. We lost our 2k. Very very disgusting . Make my trip support person confirmed that we sent confirmation to hotel manager. We have checked with senior manager and asked him to show booking history and we found the name in history list. 2:16 pm check in and 2:17 pm check out time. This is very annoying behaviour of staff. Staff is not good. Atleast they should talk with us but they denied. Also we asked manager to talk with make my trip manager but he refused. Please don't book this hotel. It is very very disappointing.

It was a great experience staying there. Rooms and services were too good. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.
