I stayed at this hotel during a short trip to Agra. The staff are polite and helpful, the food is very tasty and the rooms are well maintained and clean. The best thing about them is that they are more than willing to accommodate the small requests I had asked for, they can arrange Cabs for local sight seeing and train tickets for you if needed.
A good place to stay in Agra. Near Agra Fort station. Situated in the midst of the market. The owners are very cooperative, friendly, and helpful. I'm very much thankful to Mr. Ajay for his help and support in various cases. Don't judge the hotel with its outer looks.

Worst hotel experience in 10 days India and in general my worst hotel experience. Sometimes neither working electricity nor water, the location with the traffic is horrible, the room dirty and the manager does not speak English well. Check in was complicated and they don't even provide free water... I would never again stay here.
