Most likely the only budget hotel you'll find that is good in the city. Stayed here 2 times and both times my experience were good. It is within walkable distance from railway station. You could always take an auto or rickshaw if you don't want to walk. Exterior might look unappealing but it is worth it from the inside. Staff have been nice and helpful to me as well. It is also family friendly.

I have stayed here for two days . I was amazed by the hotel maintenance,, It is beyond my expectations. totally surprised with the hotel neatness.. 100% satisfied with the hotel 24hr hot water available, washed blankets and bedsheets.. everything is sooo good.. this will be my home for all my upcoming trips in moradabad. Best place very near and walkable distance to railway station. I have not tested the food so no comments but it was available there was a menu in hotel.. Just go for this hotel and enjoy your stay It was near to station,, Friendly hotel staff,, hot water available all the time, without any disturbance they will clean the room once we went for out side
Manager is fraud person. He manipulate guests. He charged us the price of AC Super Deluxe Room but Room We got was AC standard Room.

This review may discourage many travellers. Its at your own discretion to book here at ajanta, because I would have given minus 5 rating if there was any option for it. The Receptionist is a hippocrat, They can allow online booking through any website and at hotel they can simply exploit right to admission and may deny you the check in. sometimes They say, We dont allow online booking for unmarried couples(BUT ALLOW THEIR CHECKIN IF YOU APPROACH THEN OFFLINE AND PAY EXTTA HUNDREDS.) A BASELESS POLICY, AND IN SIMILAR CASE PLEASE BE READY TO WRITE TO TRAVEL WEBSITE AND SEEK REFUND AND WASTE A WEEK TO GET REFUND. I was told, to book one more room OFFLINE Inspite of having a room successfully Booked for Couple , SO THAT THEY CAN SHOW DIFFERENT BOOKINGS OF TWO DIFFERENT PERSONS, BUT WOULD ALLOW THEM TO STAY. Mr. Bajpai of ajanta can explain you a in a long lecture about hotel policies different for Travellers who book rooms online and offline. This review is 100% accurate and true.

It is very nice stay at Hotel Ajanta, i stay every month here, so polite behaviour of every staff, service, cleaning, food everything is too good here..it is situated at very nice location.. bus station and railway station is very nearby walking distance, for business stay it is recommended.
Very beautiful estate, lovely villa from historic times with beautiful surroundings and garden. Rooms are very well preserved in historic style. Very accomdating. We felt very much at home. Rooms are very clean and staff very friendly and caring.
