Clean rooms . And the water was also okay. The service and overall everything was good except for the parking. Two wheeler parking was outdoors and a building away. But overall a good hotel at reasonable price. Tea sachets, coffee and kettle provided. Additional Water provided on request after exchanging the empty glass bottle. The tv was a bit funky in our room. In a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes away from main road.

despite of the star rating it has, it doesn't give the impression of cleanliness one would expect from 3 star hotels. Their food was good.We had to order additional towels, because the ones in the room were not clean, as they showed some dark stains on them.

Very good hotel. Rooms are comfortable. Daily housekeeping is provided which maintain rooms and the whole property clean. Location is easy to find opp lane to durbar hall and near to ekm South railway station. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. Especially Mr. Pramod at front desk was a very helpful person. There are lot of eateries around this hotel. Furniture seem old and the lift in the building is small and old model which is slow at times.

The hotel appears posh in the images listed on booking sites. The staff behaviour is not appreciatable. My experience was I had called in early to inform that I would check in late and when I showed up the room was ready. Initially they told me that the rooms were full and I had to pull out the booking from MMT and then they asked me to wait for an hour to set the room. After 5 minutes of rigorous shouting from my end , they offered a room in 10 mins. The room I had stayed in was not an executive deluxe ac room which I had booked, it was a normal room with ac. The ac was really old it would cutoff every hour and I had to get up and switch it on again. I noticed one more thing in the review section. The hotel team is posting an apology template under every negative reviews, which shouts out loud the hosts attitude that " we are gonna do nothing, you can blabber all you want". After nearly an hour of posting the review the copy pasted the reply template

Nearly 1KM from railway station. Rooms are clean and neat. Service is good. Had a peaceful night. Ac is worked fine. Negatives are, TV plug point is not working. The main bedsheet had so much strains but they covered up with clean 2 bedsheets I only noticed in the morning . The hotel management should provide clean and hygiene sheets.

It's an old hotel and never renovated at all. Only the building exterior is painted. The room walls are dirty, needs painting. The furniture are too old, outdated and full of dust, never cleaned, stinks cigarette. The bed linen and towels are super old. TV in bad condition like scrap, coffee/tea items & kettle are bad quality. No hot water for taking a shower, they could not solve it bcoz there's no water heater, works on solar. Bathroom has no exhaust fan, smells bad. Split airconditioner was working (Thank God) but it's remote control looks like it's picked from scrap. Double Room with AC is worth only Rs1000 per night, suitable for budget travelers and who accepts the above condition. Cleanliness "0" marks. Only the Location is excellent.
