THE WORST HOTEL IN NERUL EAST. I CHECKED INbon 16.4.2023 AND COUD NOT STAY EVEN 15 Mts. He charged RS.2,200/- and not refunded.;Dirty hotel and situated at slums and no transport facilities. Hotel was maintained in a shabby and cot, bedsheets and blanket is the worst. Makemytrip should delist this hotel and should not recommend in the listing. B.V.RAMARAO, ADVOCATE, VIzag.

The hotel location is prime, but hotel doesn't have lift, room's smell bad, mentioned "No out side Food" .
Good Points: Peaceful stay, Great location, fast check in and out. Bad Points: Power failures for few minutes, Need to call everytime for housekeeping and no elevator.
The rooms are spacious and clean. Service was beyond pathetic. I had breakfast included in booking, which i had confirmed at the time of check-in, but staff never bothered about it. Morning when I asked for the same, they had question marks on their faces, like "what breakfast are you talking about?" Even after asking for it, they tried to offer an option as 5-10 rupees poha for breakfast. No one cared about it and manager was as dumb as they come. Even during the night I requested a few things from their kitchen but no one turned up.
Decent rooms not worth for their prices. Unprofessional rude staff.
Aishwarya Hotel is Good For only stay but regarding service and food they are useless never on time breakfast no option in breakfast have to wait for 45 mins to 1 hr for breakfast. Rooms are good but only timely service is worst. They should change the morning staff and reception handling boy and their attitude towards providing proper services on time.
I was first skeptical about the room and then seeing in real was always never the same. but Aishwarya Residency rooms were way above the mark. spacious and clean and perfect. in fact, I asked the receptionist if the rooms were recently renovated? he said it's been like this past months n years. very nice rooms.. everything was new... and coming to the food part.. nonveg.. was awesome.. had ordered Mixed Nonveg kabab platter... it was so tasty and especially the chutney... nonveg lovers should try this dish.... and the main course chk Kolhapuri n Dal tadka n jeera rice was super tasty as well... overall every rupee vasool. staff was very helpful and courteous... ready to do all jobs... overall 100% super stay... Cheers. everything mentioned above. I regret forgetting to click photos...
