Its just a place to survive in case if one is on a transit in a flight jouney. It is relatively cheaper close to air port and rent includes dropping back at airport. You find old calcutta hospitlity. Don't expect fully modern amenities. Toilets and bathrooms older and minimal to survive. I chose this because cheaper close to airport and was on tansit. Any other place would involve to and pro fare from airport. Restuarant i didn't go to. Its very basic. I tried swiggy. Its difficult to find out decent food in kolkotta unless one stays there. Food is a concern as locals depend on heavy fried aloos Panner and over fried fish. You have to find food, which is a difficult thing in kolkotta. Its place cheap near and for one or two people. Dont expect either modern facilities or great hospitality but safe also

Worst hotel service I have ever experienced. The behavior with the customer is really bad. No humbleness, really rude way of talking. Worst scenario is when you are a tourist or come from other place. If there was an option of negative review then i would rate it in minus. Im giving it 1 star only to be able to write review about it or else it doesn't even deserve that.

Hotel is at prominent location. All staffs are good but hotel rooms are too small and there is some smelling issue at in the room. Need to improve the same.

Rooms size so small, quality is very very bad, for a drity room of size 8x10, makemy trip charged me 1400rs. You caanot sleep at night as toom much sound comes from the road.

Horrible Experience of My life. will never visit again. They have made their hotel in total 500-600 sqft. Very Suffocating and small rooms 70 sqft max. Lizards and Rats were wondering. Broken and smelling furniture. Not safe for couples and family. The only and only plus point that they provide complimentary Airport drop but let me tell that you can book cab by ola, Uber and it cost Max 100 Rs for 1.5 Km. (They had booked for me Uber which was 81 Rs and arrived on time, so no need to consider their plus point).

I opened the door and found that room hasn't been clean even at 7 PM. I mean it was horrible, smell of Cigarettes, the washroom is having the cigarette pub, blood stain on the bedsheets, AC not provided. So I went back to the front desk to let him know and he asked for another 500 apart from whatever I paid. It looked as though it had not been swept in a very long time! Seemed like a good room for smoking crack. Immediately I went out of the Hotel without staying and since my rooms were prepaid, I forgo that. Treated this as a Donation to this Poor Hospitality Hotel.

I had booked family room online throgh the website of the hotel. Found the booking process seemless and after payment the manager promptly confirmed the booking over phone which is highly appreciated. Overall, the behaviour of the manager, staff and driver of the hotel was very polite and courteous. Room and toilet was clean. I availed pick up service from the airport on payment of Rs 200/- which is quite reasonable in addition to complimentary airport drpp. Stayed for two nights during December 2019 and January 2020.
