Hotel Airlink Castle - Hotel in Kochi, Athani - Ernakulam, India

Airlink Castle claims to be a 5 star hotel. We spent one night and found it to be sub standard. The room had badly stained chairs. The washroom was a disaster. It had a toilet that flooded the washroom every time the flush was used. The shower stall had a bathtub installed that was not to specs. We called housekeeping who only mopped the water. We had to use towels to stop the non stop flooding. In addition, when we advised management with comments and photos, they took no responcibility. I would never use this Hotel again

Unfortunately, my recent experience at the Sky Lounge in the Airlink Castle 5-star hotel left much to be desired. We ordered five beers and eagerly awaited our food and juice. However, the service was incredibly slow, and after an hour, we still hadn't received our food or juice. The delay in service was frustrating, and it put a damper on what should have been an enjoyable evening. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback to heart and makes improvements to ensure better customer experiences in the future.

Nicely located for travellers/ visitors to the airport. Appearance and service of a well rated venture but rates comparatively moderate. Good ambience with matching cleanliness.

I and our company peoples finolex used to stay here contiously for more than 8yrs... But today we got really bad experince from house keeping, restaurant and reception... 5 calls for housekeeping done for shavingset, we informed 10mts late for food but when we reached restaurant they haven't given food.. When informed reception they where rude.... We loved airlink because of service but when shyju old manger left now it is worst to stay... I have two times stayed with family also.... But now we decided to stop because of poor hospitality.... My humple request to all avoid staying here.... Goodbye to Airlink....

It's near to the airport. Certainly not a 5 star hotel. Has a swimming pool on the terrace and parking in the basement. Rooms look okay in the beginning but windows are not getting locked. Water leaks when you flush the toilet. Extra bed was not comfortable and provided with blanket cover without blanket. Satellite TV channels (6 only) were provided upon request.

It should have been a simple and straightforward process, but unfortunately, it was unnecessarily convoluted. The hotel's billing system seemed outdated and confusing, making it difficult to understand the charges and complete the payment smoothly. Despite these issues, there were some positives to note. The location of the hotel was convenient, providing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The rooms themselves were generally comfortable and adequately furnished. While the service was acceptable and the location and room comfort were satisfactory, the persistently unpleasant bathroom odor and the complicated payment process left a negative impression. I would recommend that the hotel management address these issues promptly to enhance the overall guest experience.

I had a very disappointing experience here in hotel airlink castle. The check-out process was excessively slow as they meticulously checked every item in the room. Moreover, they charge an unreasonable 1000 bucks for lost keys. I hope they improve their services for future guests. Rooms were also not upto the mark. Very disappointing experience.
