Hotel Airlines - Hotel in Amritsar - Amritsar, India

Rooms not clean, insects in bathroom. Personally speaking not recommended for family. Staff is very good but property very old and dirty.

It's absolutely perfect in every sphere as hotel staff is too polite and courteous ...on top of it Hotel owner is awesome...I live talking and chatting with him ...He is very kind Nature...all the eaters are at your doorstep and Golden temple is just 1.5 kms away from your hotel

How much did you pay for your room, per night? What type of room was it? Does the hotel have a restaurant? If not, is there a place nearby where guests can eat? If there is a hotel restaurant, did you eat there? Would you recommend it? How was the bed - too hard, too soft, or just right? Did any member of the staff give you a positive or negative impression? What did they do to create that impression--smile, answer questions, arrange medical assistance, insult you, get the bill wrong? Were you served promptly, or did you have to wait? How long was the wait? What was the reason for it? Was the location particularly good or particularly poor? Why?

the hotel was amazing, it is close to amritsar temple, and the area is also decent. the services are really good at the hotel, and the staff is also very kind, i checked at 8:30 in the morning though ususal checkin time is 12 pm, but they did not raise any concern and did not even charge me extra. the owner is very kind and helps you with anything you need during the stay.

This was a great place to stay Sunil and staff were amazing they were all so professional and helpful.

The hotel is neat and clean. The staff is very cooperative. The hotel is near to the market, Railway station and Golden temple. The hotel provides free wifi. I recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues

I wish I could give 5 stars, it deserves all, but because hotel's miscommunication, there was a little issue in check-in.Except that hotel was superb, the room is spacious, have jhula in it. The hotel has lifted. The taste of breakfast was superb. Staff behavior was really good including the owner of the hotel. 100% recommended to everyone, the deluxe rooms. staff behavior was good, had privacy.

There is no recharge in the TV, there is current in the switch board, I don't know whether the geyser is on or off, the crust of the wall has also been removed, the telephone in the room is also switched off, the food is also ordered and sent from elsewhere, the closet. Not one good one.
