During my stay, I had the unfortunate experience of misplacing my beloved golden earring. However, I reached out to the hotel management in the hopes that they might have come across it during the cleaning process. The response from the hotel management was beyond impressive, they also took immediate action to address my concern. They initiated a thorough search, paying close attention to detail. I was overjoyed when the hotel staff had located my missing earring. The relief and gratitude I felt at that moment cannot be adequately expressed in words. They promptly returned it to me, I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment. They have earned my trust and loyalty, and I am incredibly grateful for their outstanding efforts. Thank you, hotel management, for your exemplary service and your honesty.
On Nov 17th we celebrated my kid 1st birthday very very very worst experience we had with this hotel and especially with the manager..There is no lighting in the hall and there is no ac provided in the hall and the manager has given two complementary rooms but after seeing that room on my occasion day bathroom is better than that complementary rooms,no ac at all.The manager will interfere in each and every personal detail of my birthday event he irritated me he distributed us a lot totally very worst experience please don't choose this hotel

Visited Vijaywada for temple darshan this week . Stayed in this hotel with family for one night. Booked directly by calling them . Room ( executive) size was sufficient for family of 3 with extra bed. Breakfast was complementary with variety and taste. Taken dinner in this hotel and food was very good. Location is little far from temple but with own vehicle can be managed. Parking is limited but they managed with valet parking. Overall stay is good.
Worst experience ever. We booked 3 rooms. After going there they said they have only two rooms available for us after lot of fight and all got the 3rd room. The beds they provide are not even queen size but they tell its a king size bed and say its the executive room. Ac was also not working in room
Had an unpleasant experience on my stay at Aira. The room was smelling bad with cigarette smoke. The hospitality was mediocre. The reception while we check in was bad. There is no proper parking space for your vehicle. Would avoid coming back to this place.

The hotel is peacefully located. Avoid the rooms facing the road as you will hear some traffic sounds which may disturb you if you are a light sleeper. Rooms are pretty clean and well maintained. Took a suite room and it was good for the price paid.
