At the time of booking my requirements is staying with 4 person in a room, we paid for via Make my trip _RS 2559. But when we came to hotel they tell me that its only a double bed not stay with 4 person. But we extra payment 1800 Rs given for another room with 2 bed single room. Total amount paid for a single room RS.4359.
Good location. Don't book 1st floor room , they are small and not good. Go with 2nd floor room . These room are new , clean , bathroom is ok. There is also balconi. It is good for 1 night stay under 800 - 1000 rupees.
The ratings in MMT and Goibibo are fake/bloated. The rooms are not in a liveable condition and the washroom is unhygienic. Staff behavior is also very rude.
Worst hotel I have ever seen. I as a local guide is giving you genuine feedback regarding this stay. Don't ever book this hotel. The quality of the rooms-worst, bathroom - pathetic condition and staff - liars. I am not taking any revenge on this hotel but I am just trying to save your hard earn money. Believe my words or you will regret it. And don't fall in the GOIBIBO trap giving them the tag of gostay.
This hotel is located in a prime location. From here airport is just at 10 minutes distance. Nearest metro stations are dumdum and baranagar. Eco park is also nearby. The hotel is very clean. Staff are courteous. Hassle free check in. Rooms were clean.
