Worst response of staff, rooms are not cleaned The A/c is like blower not cooling the room. They not providing any complimentary.and They charge high cost for that rooms
Worst service, staff rude behaviour, AC not working properly, unhygienic rooms not even cleaning rooms properly. Waste of money.
One of the best budget hotels in heart of the city of Hyderabad. Very nearer to Nampally Rly station, Kachiguda Rly station, Imlibun bus terminal, Abids, Koti. Cordial staff. Parking Area available for 2 and 4 wheelers. Walkable distance to famous Pulla Reddy Sweets. Above all, the Hotel belongs to legendary actor NTR.
This Hotel has a great legend with the background of NTR gaaru... But the way this hotel is maintained is totally worst!! It is located at an excellent place where most of the spots are closer which is the only advantage of this hotel. When coming to the Rooms, service accomodation...This Aahavanam is "Dirty and very Bad service" !! Broken door locks, Dirty wardrobes, damaged plug points, un conditioned TV, Bed with Bed bugs and mosquitoes, Unclean Floor, Uncleaned Bathroom and Toilets, Never working Geysers and Taps etc... Aahavanam is just Spoiling the Name of The great legend NTR !
Excellent Rooms & Service Very Best Price
Good place to stay in the historical city. Beat location. Easily reachable by road and metro (Ghandhi bhavan station ) sufficient parking space. A veg restaurant and cinema theatre are near to it.

The only thing which is good about this place is it's location and the rest of things is seriously very bad. The receptionist keep on changing every few minutes hence your order will not be fulfilled easily. Rooms are not upto the mark some don't have TV and in some the fans are not working some have flush related problem. The housekeeping staff made us feels like they are paying us. So learn from others mistake and don't think to reside here. In this room TV is present but no set top box
