We booked Lavender Hall for my wife's Baby shower function. Ms. Jestina (GM) is very kind to take us through the complete details during out visit for booking. Lavender Party hall is sufficient to accommodate 100-150 guests. They have maintained sufficient AC cooling in Hall way and party hall. Drinking Water was provided for guests at convenient location. A complimentary room was provided as part of the package and it was decent enough. Food taste and service is above par and all the guests were really satisfied. I highly recommend Hotel AGT park.

We had great experience of my baby shower function at hotel AGT park - Lavender hall. Leaf service provided as a compliment and food was very tasty and worth the money. Special thanks to Mr. Rajasekhar - event manager for making all the arrangements on time. Stage decoration was also done as expected - thanks to the manager Mr.Saravanan. Overall their quality was good and staffs were also very cooperative. I would definitely recommend this place for my buddies..

Excellent place for a quick trip stay.. the best part is they have a space for covered car parking. If you're new to the city the location is very accessible to all the parts of the city.. friendly reception ppl. The next building is Murugan idly apt for tiffin services. Rooms are cozy and wash room are neat.. recommended.

I stayed here for 1 night during my last business trip to Chennai. Located on the main road, this hotel is quite hard to miss out on. They have an indoor parking facility which can accommodate approximately 20 cars at a time. But getting into parking is a bit tricky and you might need some assistance if you are driving a big car. Service is kind of above average as the checkin process was bit delayed as they couldn't able to find my name (though I booked the room 2 days before). No one assisted me with the luggage and they instructed wrong floor number to my room. Room was big enough but the AC was not cooling enough, bed linen was not clean, bathroom use to smell during the morning hours. Biggest drawback of all was poor insulation of room. Since the hotel is located next to main road and as there is an ongoing metro rail project in front of the hotel, noise polution is too much to bear. Even in the middle of the night random loud lorry horns will keep you awake. Didn't get the good sleep at all. You can find good vegetarian & non vegetarian restaurants around the property. Also this hotel has a functional restaurant along with 2 banquet halls. As I didn't use any other amenities apart from room I can comment on the same. As this hotel was not worth the money I spent, I'll definitely avoid it next time. -BeingBakasura

Had my baby shower in AGT park , Lavendar Hall. Sufficient for guests of around 100. Food was excellent ( vegetarian traditional south indian) as served for the sample tasting . Very much satisfied .

AGT Park, Porur is NOT at all a Business Hotel. Hugely understaffed, basic bed and breakfast type accommodation only. That too breakfast starts late at 8:00/8:30am and had an extremely limited spread. You almost cannot order anything a-la-carte as no one is available in kitchen to make that dish ! They cannot even provide a dhosa even on chargeable basis in breakfast, if it's already not in buffet. The main kitchen closes at 9:45pm and you are rushed to order for dinner. Kitchen serves again a very limited range of dishes depending upon what the chef was ready to prepare that evening ! No menu card is present for Dinners. The AC units usually do not work in most of the rooms. I had to use considerable persuasion to have my room shifted. That too I had to clean the AC Filters myself to get some decent cooling. Staff is also half trained. Desk is manned by inefficient staff mostly. The whole hotel has a vacant look - looks like under occupied (but they still won't reallocate you rooms for AC complaints). The hotel always pushes you to rooms starting with #4 i.e. 405, 406, 408, 410 etc. These rooms on upper floors are not so good. Rooms on lower floor with #3 i.e. 309, 305 etc are more modern, spacious, brighter and having better AC. Somehow hotel does not want you to occupy these rooms. TV channels are mostly not available. We had to watch IPL in Tamil Start Sports as Hotel does very limited subscription. The second day of stay was worse - Tamil Star Sports also vanished. Hotel said "Subscription expired". Took 3 hrs to get it back. By then we could catch a last few overs. Overall experience was bad bordering to disgust. Will never try this hotel again I guess.

Nothing is perfect. Lousy service. AC is not working properly.TV channels are not adequate. Breakfast has very limited types of food, mostly South Indian food. Even for Omlet, they have taken charge during brakefast. When you are taking this range of tarrif, you should have more facilities. You will not get also dinner as per your choice. Then what for person will go further. Only appreciable thing is, they have two three good and polite service boys. Not at all acceptable at any point of level. Not recommended at all.

Best place for family functions like engagement and birthday party. Food taste was too good and best in service. Great experience and everyone was satisfied with all the services provided by Management. Thanks to the MD Jestina and her father for coordinating the event perfectly. Would recommend to my family and friends for quality and cost-effective service. Thank you!!
