1. In terms of location, (if you are planning to do shopping at the New Market, Kolkata) then you can consider this 2. The rooms are though clean during check-in, but they do not clean it on a daily basis (No dusting and all) 3. The service is extremely poor (Support staff as well as room service. The support staff will do nothing but ask for high tips when you will complete the check-out process) 4. Tiny washroom (The washroom sizes are very small, and you will feel the actual discomfort) 5. Over Priced (They charge nearly 2k for one AC room/day and if you are 5/10 minutes late to check-out then you have to pay the full amount of another day) Overall: If you are planning to stay here with your family then its better to consider other alternatives first....
This is one of the worst hotels I have ever seen. The quality of the room is very low compared to the rent. Though the hotel location is a very nice place for Bangladeshi.
Had the worst ever experience.... Tiny rooms....They don't even know how to speak with customers....After check in I have come to know why they asked for advance payments....offers the lowest price on google only to attract peoples! Still their prices is high against their services.
Worst experience. Room is indeed full of insects and bed bugs in the bed. Had to change rooms 3 times but the last room still had bed bugs. This hotel is thoroughly infested and should be closing soon. Please stay away for your own safety.

Experience is mixed. Manager or owner behaviour is very good. but staff behaviour is extremely rubbish. Housekeeping is very poor. Room service is not up to the mark. Quite price worthy as we 3 guys stays on 2100 rs per night. but hotel Paramount, VIP, DK are quite reasonable also. However, location is really good. Most interesting, they are very much responsive on google chat.
