Hotel Aeroland International - Hotel in Near IGI Airport, Mahipalpur extn, New Delhi - New Delhi, India

Worst hotel seen ever my life. Front desk staff don't know about booking, meal plan and other facilities which are offer to costumer online.Big Rat is in room. Rooms and toilet are not clean. Tovels are dirty. A.C. is not working. Room service is very poor. For giving water they took 30 minutes. After complain they told our hotel is nearby airport and we don't care for this all things, if you want to come then it's OK, otherwise complain online with company from where you had booked.

Cons : Money minded people waiting to get as much as possible from you. Our deluxe room was very dirty, most of the power points not working, all the door knobs broken, bathroom zinc broken, bathroom window broken, bugs in bed, AC was very old one and takes hours to cool down the room. 3rd flr given and they had no lifts. They said they will provide airport pickup but end up paying rs.500 for taxi to travel 3 kns from airport. Food is horrible. I can go on and on Pros : room is spacious.

stay was super, room was well maintain with proper facility, service was available on one call, food was delicious, they don't have restaurant but they serve food in room,

Guys dont go on the name.... services over here are messed up ... there is a kitchen in the hotel.. but u can never get the food over there.... service is useless... better to go for oyo rooms... the whole market around there.... is fulll of hotels... u can get many good hotels.. better than this... yes the location of the hotel is good.... u have a good food market all around it....

The place is messy and very smelly...you tend to get a bad odour the moment you step in the reception and the rooms are dirty as if the linens were never changed and the pillows are smelly. In all a bad experience.

very bad experience i booked room on 9 October from goibibo but when i reach the hotel manger aksed me to pay 500 more than you will the room i will never suggest any one to go there and hotal condition is very bad..

Very bad experience, no cleaning, no service nothing was in place, how can b a three star hotel b like this? Fake one.

everything was perfect at Airport International, we have stayed just over night and we enjoyed a lot,room service and food was good, wireless internet was working well,all staff was good ,
