Great place. They let us check in 3 hours before the usual time and the helpdesk is available 24/7. Very friendly staff and everything is available nearby. Swiggy and Zomato orders are also brought to your doorstep here. Just make sure to carry your own drinking water. Hot water is available for bath. Shower, smart Tv, A/c, storage unit, dressing table, chairs and table is available in the room. The place looks new and is not noisy. The staff can be reached through telephone that is there in the room too.
Just great place in whitetown. We stayed 2 days here. Rooms are specius, clean and able to find all amenities. All the locations are near by from this place. One can roam even midnight and come. Able to get public transport. Owner and staffs are very kind and gentle. Being Hindi speaker, I was facing some challenge to reach or higher auto. They were proactively asking and talking with driver. They also provided a list of destination which we can cover in Pondicherry.

Very bad experience 2000 for 12 hrs is waste of money no hot water no cooling in AC.
Definitely no value for money. They charge you as any hotel in prime location and good amenities would, but you would be terribly disappointed to see what they offer. The free Wifi has network coverage only till the reception, and not available in rooms. Initially they provided only one blanket to three of us staying in a room, and on asking provided 2 others with big holes in all blankets. They don't offer to change the bedsheets or provide bathroom sanitary everyday, its only once during a stay. Rooms stink and are at least 10 years old with visible wear and tear.
