I spoke to the Gentleman at the reception before booking this place. I wanted to refresh and since early check-in is not possible, I had to book a previous day check-in and current check-out. I confirmed this with the service men before making the reservation. He said he'll arrange things and was fine with the 24-hour check-in, but when I arrived, he said I have lapsed check-in time and will not be allowed. I pleaded with him and showed the conversations we had yet he was brutal to us. I heard stories that Mysore is a welcoming city, Never have I ever seen such a hospitality from them. I don't want to generalize but this had given me a dark impact and clouded my judgement. Please don't trust their words. Be careful, before booking rooms in this hotel.
Such e worst experience during checkin. They don't even allow you early checkin even 1 hour prior. They have a very bad working stuff.
Rooms are small, but good budget hotel. Very near to Mysuru railway station, good for a quick stay here just after arrival or just before leaving!
Ooh! God. All the photos here are not of this place. Too small room. Please keep the door open, else you'll die of suffocation. There are no tissue papers in hotel, they'll say, we don't have stock. Manage with it. No bathroom footrest. Towels have blood marks. Careful while you sir on bed, suddenly you'll butt will hit the hard wood of the cot. Very bad room service. Not worth the money. Rather take some 600-800 room. Both are same.
Rooms are too small and not worth of money. No proper car parking.Rooms are not so hygiene.
Excellent hotel within walking distance of the train station and the palace plus local shops. Staff helpful and friendly. Noon check out time is excellent.
Nice and clean hotel. Rooms were little cramped. But all together place is nice and staff also...You have a veg hotel right next to it and MORE store nearby... Most of locations are easily accessible like with in 3-4 kms. Palace, zoo, railway museum, St.philomenas church etc.. Highly recommended.
