This deshpande who sits in reception initially said rooms are not available but later said can arrange for rooms which are in higher price . This gimmick didn't work out and lost customer for lifetime. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone as this business is set up just to loot people and not for accommodation. There are other hotels in same area & price range who are open to their customers . A big no to this hotel .
It's a premiere hotel in Gulbarga where I stayed a couple of times. The location is perfect. The rooms are well maintained. Linen on the bed looks quite clean. No spots or torn bedsheets and pillow cases. The corridors and steps are clean. The front desk staff is courteous. I didn't eat the complimentary breakfast nor had the opportunity to dine here. So, I can't pass any comments about the food. There's a good parking lot.
It is a 30 year old property that is maintained very well.
Rooms are spacious and clean. Good Wifi.
There is no dining room, but food is served in the room. The quality of food is excellent.
All staff members treat the guests well.
I stayed for a week and enjoyed my stay.
Food is very good here, rooms are descent toilets are little old, cost is fixed they have to be negotiable and room service is very slow.

terrible on the cleanliness front. executive and imperial suite both has a compromised cleanliness. hairs on the floor. the bathroom is i clean. towels were not inviting.
