My friend paid money and booked room through Goibibo website. He had also intimated the Hotel before his arrival.
But when he arrived at the hotel, the Receptionist said rooms are not available. They told to cancel the booking and said refund will released by Goibibo.
The Receptionist told that the same room was available at a higher cost. Astonished at the moment, My friend being a new visitor of Erode did want to wander around searching for rooms.
So he unwillingly paid extra amount and booked the room.
I kindly request the Hotel management to look into these discrepancies as it will create Bad name to Hotel.
Very Good Hotels and Nice rooms at affordable Price. Online price is to much its better book offline they give at less price than Online .
All facilities available are good at this place and offered best price in the city, some rest rooms can be little spacious as it feels too small to use..
it was an amazing stay at this hotel..friendly staffs.. neatly maintained room..fully hygienic...nearly to the bus stand so easy to go hotel.. couples are fully welcomed

Hygienic, affordable, luxurious rooms, at most care taken in maintaining the bathrooms. Good quality food and the breakfast is a must try. Staffs behaviour is icing on the cake. Courteous and polite.
The Silent hotel. I didn't stay at this hotel. We have gone for Lunch. The Lunch we couldn't find more menu. But the items taste good and quantity is sufficient. Slightly at higher price. Parking is a challenge. You have to park at 10metera distance
