Order before you step out of your home then you can have your meal timely For eg If you order chapptis, then they will send their person to buy atta for that Chappati. So recommend only if you can afford to spend your time there to wait for your order for hours. If you want to have dinner there, come here at lunch time.

The room is very expensive as per the prices. The room size is like an ordinary Indian kitchen .. specially the washroom has no space.

Worsted... Low quality of rooms, totally waste of money ... Dharamshala ke room bhi inse lakh Guna ache honge

I have stayed at the hotel multiple times and never had to face any problems. The only reason I am giving a low rating is because the hotel probably doesn't scrutinize the guests well enough. Women and boys were drunk and shouting late at night, at around 1-2 AM. It's such a discomfort and scary situation when you're staying with your family. The reception did not take care of the situation immediately. We had to call them and ask them to explain the situation even though the reception is just in front of the rooms where the nuisance was happening. Otherwise, friendly staff and the restaurent is good value for money.

hotel is very very gud in this budget , check in and check out was very smooth, rooms are quite gud, reastraunt is also gud food has quality, quantity is a little bit less as compared to the price ,rooms are beautiful, easy to find beautiful place bathroom is quite small,and reastraunt is a little expensive otherwise everything else is very gud

Room was good but service was extremely poor.. Or i should say beyond poor, once we get the room no one was there to assist our calls and order i called 20.times at reception no one picks.. Then i called same at resturant no one picks in the end when they picked half of the menu is unavailable.. No non veg items.. When we check out no one was at reception tooo.. Extremely. One more important thing the hotel guy came into my room without knocking. I was changing clothes.. Disappointed.. Never goin to come back here

It was good overall. The staff is curtious well mannered and helpful. Although the rooms are very small for the charges charged. The food is expensive. All rates should be decreased . At least some hotel in Patiala had a lift. It gives a good feel as you see it.It looks nice.
