We booked a room from OYO. But when we reached the hotel, they said that they can't give us room as we are residual of West Bengal state. And they have a policy of not giving rooms to West Bengal residents. They only allow people from other states. In that late night we were in streets, though we had valid ID proofs with us. They forced us to cancel our booking. And we also didn't get our advance payment refund. Never ever heard of such type of hotel policy. So whoever wants to book room in future don't do that.

Staff and Management people are nice,friendly and supportive. Had stayed in this hotel Oct-2022. The waiter Joseph was nice helpful & innocent guy. Room size was bit small but was good , had taken a 2+1 Bed room. Complimentary breakfast quality and service was ok . Interiors are good. Prime location.

The hotel location is not good. The hotel stuffs , especially the ladies at reception are expert in fraud. I booked the room first via oyo and upon reached there, they denied of any booking. They even denied to speak to the Oyo stuff and their property manager did not received the call of the Oyo executives. Additionally, they said the hotel is preoccupied and can't accommodate or provide any room. When I pushed the Oyo to lodge a case against them and the hotel management, suddenly they have managed a room for me. Basically they ignore online customers as they prefer to the customers pay at hotel at higher rate. Moreover, also denied of breakfast as their kitchen stuffs were so called busy. The property is pretty old and many amenities do not work such as remote of ac, exhaust fan, also the given towels were not properly cleaned and has stains over it. Don't chose the hotel unless you are in trouble.

Was booked from Agoda. They said "we don't know anything, you can claim your refund back from Agoda" Not a trust worthy hotel. Area is also not safe. Please be careful.

We booked the hotel about 15 days before our visit to kolkata and we booked the hotel because at first they agreed to give us a room with three separate beds because we were 3 and we wanted the solo beds and while booking they agreed but after the arrival, the receptionist ( girl) she told us that they will provide the room with 2 beds only as they have no policy of giving 3 beds room to the guest but fortunately i had a voice recording of the whole conversation we had with the owner of the hotel before booking the hotel, one of the staff (a male) he agreed to give us a room with 3 beds after 1 hr of conflict...Now coming to the condition of the room provided was not good , the ac wasn't working properly and there was a rat found inside the room. I was quite disappointed by the hospitality of the hotel ..The staff especially the female one was not even willing to co-operate even after listening to the voice recording of their owner.

For Location wise it's okay(Walkable distance to Quest Mall) Apart from that It's pathetic *First of all the bed it's twin Bed Joined No king Size or Queen size bed(Suitable only for 2 people or else they would ask you to upgrade to premium for comfort stay for 3 people) *Room Servicing too Slow(Had to wait for hot water for almost half an hour) *Serves when the food gets Cold *Leakage In AC *Not Enough House Keeping Just listed a few problems above; Overall My Experience wasn't good, Hope they fix the problem soon. Kindly visit before you book for your own Preference.

Not such a great hotel... We had asked for an early check which we had confirmed a day before.. But they denied.. In fact they said the number on the internet is not theirs. We had to wait for 1.5 hours to checkin. The food had oil all over it.. Everything even the omelette was oily. The tv was not working in my room. Told them multple times but no one fixed it. Rooms were relatively better. We stayed just for 1 day. It's quite near park street, that's the only good part

Very bad hotel service, hotel staff, house keeping team, and hotel reception team, All rooms bathroom swier lines blocked problem, Kitchan and Dinning restaurant is very unhygienic. Our 60 person unhappy
