Service was not at all good. Hotel had so much disturbance. We reached late night and there was a lot of disturbance since early morning. Inspite of informing the staff they didn't help. And after all of this they didn't show any concern and respect and called us to check out by 10:50 repeatedly. Very bad experience overall! Staff tried to review and give rating by themselves.

The rates are a lot hire as compared to the quality of room and facilities. An oyo room worth 500Rs is not anyhow different from this one. And I paid 2000+Rs. Which was horrible.
The only good part about the hotel was it's location. The room was not clean, had mosquitoes and the bathroom had a bad stink. The food I ordered from the room was served cold. The impolite staff doesn't help in any way.
Located well and the food they served was nice. But the rooms were too packed for my liking. And also the staff really did not seem very helping. When asked for utensils so that we could eat the food we had got. They declined saying utensils can't be given just like that if we haven't ordered.
Rooms are good. Staff is pathetic. Booked for a wrong date, offered to modify/cancel. No cooperation! That is understandable, to some extent. What was beyond my tolerance was the front desk guy alleging me I've used something off the mini bar. I requested them to check again, I tried to tell him my room didn't have the product he alleged me to consume. Why would anyone try and steal a pack of biscuits when he pays for the overpriced room already? It was when I demanded a proof of that item being present in the mini bar , asking him to furnish a list of items checked before I went in. There was no such list, the ploy seemed like a way to dupe the residents.
As you reach view of the hotel is very poor. Have to locate nearby famous landmarks. Good hotel only for overnight quick stay. No dining even for the complimentary breakfast and you have to consume from your own room if you order one. No travel facility planning available with the hotel.
Room cleaningness, standard and food quality was fine. No complains. Good menu as they have a decent restaurant at ground floor and serve the food directly to room too. Price 1975 for 2 persons including breakfast. Stayed on 25th April 2019.
