Location, rooms, food are OK when compared with a area in Sundarapuram. 3 stars for bathroom cleanliness and stains with a brand new hotel...it may be due to the hard water or bore well water...Care to be taken with providing clean white towels...can see stains....Wish you all the very best...
Clean, spacious rooms with good amenities. The hotel is located in the same building as the Annapoorna restaurant so stay with amazing food made the experience even better. Bed linen and towels could be replaced as they appeared very old. Location is convenient if you want to stay closer to the pollachi road without entering the city traffic. Elevator and ample parking is available.
The rooms are just awesome, can be compared to those 5 star hotel rooms. Spacious clean and awesomely comfortable.
Spacious rooms and excellent service, added to this, delicious food is available in Hotel Annapurna in d ground floor and location is on d high way to Madurai
It served our purpose since we needed a break on our drive from Chengannur to Bangalore. The rooms appeared clean. At times the floor appeared a little sticky. Should wipe better.

The place is like a heaven for people like me. It's clean and has good service, staff are polite and hospitable. I did not test out language range as I know the regional language but they seem to have a good grasp to provide elegant support.
