Hotel is good, but surprised to see generator faulty and no power backup, also room land phone is faulty. So much improvement and professionalism is needed on the hotel part

Very very bad experience. Horrible experience, worst hotel ever. Geyser not available, not even toilet paper was available, entire bathroom was smaller in size as compared to a car. Very pathetic service, even the rooms were not cleaned and bathroom was smelling. I am still wondering how people are giving them good ratings, most probably they are paid ratings. My advice: Save your money, there are lot of good hotels nearby

They are fraudster. Negative star(if possible). Don't book this Hotel even if you are getting it for free. Didn't gave me room even when I pre-paid the money. I went early and asked him to give me room just to freshen up(I didn't asked for check-in) so that I could leave for my exam on time but manager refused and demanded extra 500 for early check-in. When I later came in the evening he said all rooms are occupied now and refused to give me room. Such a pathetic experience. Shame on this Hotel and OYO for letting them run this fraud hotel with rude staff.

Good experience decent stay with a good location for food, transport service and bike rental service. However Never book hotels stay from Make my trip stay.I booked in advace and later once i was at the hotel they didnt have my booking. I called make my trip and they offered another hotel booking later after a hour they said we cant book take a refund and disconnected the call. Terrible experience But the hotel staff was very polite and took care of us

Very poor ..Unsafe for Family and couple.. the staffs of this hotel are not well trained ..Pathetic service and staff. Zero cleanliness in room Their staff is too rude and unprofessional Don't go after low charges their service and staff are worst.Infact be aware of the front desk staff ..worst experience ever
