Worst hotel I have seen so far no Ro water service staff misbehaving specially lady receptionist very cheap & very rude I suggested all guy no stay in this bakwas hotel very bad experience zero star but hotel owner is gud nature.

Service so poor not have RO water staff misbehaving here lady receptionist very cheap nature with customer suggested kick out this type staff & hotel owner is good average hotel

Worst hotel experience ever rooms were dirty, staff behaviour is very rude 0 star for overall experience not recommended for stay. They charged Rs.1000 for 1 day but they deserve only rs.100 as the rooms were so dirty that you can't even imagine to stay here so don't go here staffs are so rude that they don't bother about you.

Clean neat rooms. Manager is very helpful. Food is Very awesome Location is perfect. Hotel staff behavior is good, I again visit this next time..

If google have given me option to use zero star I would go for that.. 1. Hotel doesn't have lift 2. No toilet is available for persons who have booked hall for function. 3. If in case you want to use toilet go to 4th flour. { I am young, I can go but what about seniors??} 4. If you say to manager kindly available me a room on first floor so that we can use toilet of that room. Manager behavioir is like __ *deta hoon 20-25 min. Me..* Even though a) Room is available b) we are willing to pay room charges of Rs800 Highly Frustrating Experience... Not recommended to book hall for any function...

With reference to the Hotel Booking id HTLZVYKN66, the booking was done on 22nd Oct 21 for the time duration of 26-27 Oct 2021. Hotel Inn had denied the booking stating that they have cancelled all the online booking aven day after booking (23rd Oct) they confirmed at phone call that booking is confirmed and will provide the room. I had not received any intimation regarding the cancellation of the room and accommodation was also not availed.Undersigned made this booking to appear in an exam on 27th Oct but due to this sudden cancellation undersigned is going through a lot of mental stress.

Hotel is easily approachable from main bus stand of ganganagar. Some points to be taken care-: 1. They are not accepting bookings from OYO right now hence avoid making booking & payment from OYO app. 2. Negotiate well as charges vary in ganganagar. 3. There is no GST applicable in room less 1000 in this hotel so have a look at the bill carefully.
