This is my first bad experience with the hotel I booked through make my trip app and I am writing this after after a conversation with the hotel staff. I booked a room in this hotel for a night and the stay was pathetic even though it was only for a night. The pillows, bed sheet linen were dirty and the ac was not working and the bath towels were stained. I called the reception requesting for a better pillow and the staffs reply was arrogant. He went on to tell me that everything is fine and there can't be any replacement. This place is something you need to avoid staying.

First time in (the party hall) and YOU have to go! It's the cutest little spot with amazing food. The (FN) is to die for. IT WAS FIRE!! The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. Mr. Bharath made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.

Supportive staffs, good food, reasonably priced. Its amazing place to be there, nice view and clean with all the amenities in Rajajinagar.Overall good .. and especially the one man Mr Bharath a gud manager who had managed our party gud and secure

I'm booked for my guest. Guest visited at night Zero response at night ,morning in the checkout time also I had very bad experience. Worthless staff. Rooms have lot of coackroaches. No TV recharge toilets are not so clean. Shower is also not working in my room . Most of bad experience. Not worth for money.

Visited as a guest. Rooms are clean and average sized . Service wise they need improvement. Early check-ins can be be provided free for corporate bookings to earn more at this competetive spot. Or at nominal cost.

We made a reservation for the banquet hall at this hotel, and were pleased to be informed that two complementary rooms would be provided. The in-house decorator did a commendable job with the decorations, creating an inviting ambiance. The menu we selected for the event was enjoyable, with a good variety of dishes. The banquet hall and dining area were equipped with air conditioning, which was a relief during the summer. However, one drawback was that the dining hall could only accommodate up to 60 people at once, which limited the capacity for larger gatherings. Unfortunately, we encountered issues with the air conditioning in our room. Despite our repeated requests for assistance, the problem went unresolved, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, upon checking in for the second complementary room, we were unexpectedly denied access. The reason behind this incident remains unclear.
