Hotel Aatithya is one of the best places to enjoy authentic South Indian food here in Surat. I ordered the Rava Onion Dosa, Mysore Masala Dosa, Idli-Sambhar, Plain Dosa, Masala Dosa and Samosa. With every dish having their own unique flavour. I highly recommend anyone to visit this place, even if you are not a fan of South Indian food. The Sambhar is one of the best Sambhar I have ever tried and they give free-flowing Sambhar. They also give free-flowing coconut chutneys. The staff was even kind enough to finish our meal with free mouth fresheners. Best South Indian restaurant in Surat!!!
I am giving review to aware you all, After seeing Google reviews I have been to this place and guest what it's too old and our dated ambiance, Pathetic food Parking was only for 5 cars. Mysore masala dosa with overloaded oil that taste was oil n oily only. Sabji was loaded with all extra masalas, Roti was big thick n chewing gum type, We like only butter milk. And last but not the least no hand bowl, said go to washbasin. I personally feel ruined our dinner n it is expensive for this kind of service n food.
Food was good here. Service was a bit slow. We came to try parattas but just being late by 5 mins didn't allow us to taste it. Dosa and idli a must try. I wouldn't suggest the cheese toast. The aloo sandwich was good

Resturant is one of the oldest in surat. The taste of south indian very delicious and decent. Size of evey dhosa bigger compare to other resturant. Price was reasonable. Perfect restaurant for solo dinner or lunch.
Food is good. Atmosphere can be better. Service is tad slow. Shocked to learn about lack of restroom facilities.
Punjabi food was good. But South Indian food was not at all good. Sandwich was ok. Parking was paid.
