The room in which I stayed 104 was good enough and the bathroom was also good. The AC we didn't needed much as it was cold but it made a lot of sound. But I would give 4.8 out of 5.

I had an incredible stay at Hotel Aastha Inn! From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was a breeze. The staff's warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home. The hospitality shown was exceptional, and the team's behavior was top-notch throughout my stay. I was truly impressed by the delicious food options available - every meal was a delightful experience. What truly stood out was the homely warmth that enveloped the entire atmosphere, making my stay truly memorable. I can't wait to return to Hotel Aastha Inn for another fantastic experience!

Very pricy, price is not suitable for available rooms, service and behaviour of staff were not good.

The behaviour of receptionist is rude and arrogant. The room was full of cockroaches and insects and unhygienic . They treated customers very badly. At the time of checking out they are asking more amount than the booking amount.

Located a bit off the main road & easy to miss if you are not attentive. Keep in mind. Overall, rooms are good enough for short or over night stays, preferably for business trips. Room service is good & the food rates too are average. Food quality justifies the prices. Since it's located in a bustling & prominent market area, getting supplies or anything is super easy.

Very bad service,cockroaches were running inside the room,no amenities , doesn't worth a penny ,it was the worst experience,pls do not go with gf they look very cheaply

The Hotel premises is quite inside from the main road and peaceful also neat and clean and hygienic. I have booked the deluxe double bed and a twin room and it was good. I stayed here for two nights on a business trip and the hotel food is also tasty and the staff behaviour is cordial do I face issues at the initial of my stay but that was resolved by the manager Mr Ravi. if you are coming to Patna by train or by the airport I highly recommend you to stay in this hotel as it is near to railway station walkable distance and easily connected to the market and in the centre of the city good place for or a business trip family trip

I booked this via MakeMyTrip which cost me nearly twice the normal hotel price so I would suggest better go directly and book your rooms you can negotiate. Rooms are good neat and clean but service is not up to the mark, they have less staff so for anything you may need to ask multiple times, staff are amature and if you have any difficulty like your rooms AC is not working correctly or bathroom tap came to your hand they will try but not sure they can fix it. One of the worst things I have stayed in different hotels everyone have breakfast buffet but this hotel they will provide you very limited breakfast only one item and for sure it's not going to full your stomach completely and if you ask for more then you have to pay. This hotel charges money on water bottles means a 20 Rupees water bottle will cost you more than 26 Rupees. I too booked for a extra bed online but i reached at the hotel they were giving only an extra mattress to sleep on floor now is it possible if we 3 people are in one room two will sleep on bed and one on floor. And I requested them multiple times but they told they don't have extra beds . Now for breakfast they will give you 2 plates only per room so as I said i didn't take extra mattress i thought they can provide breakfast for 3rd person but they refused rudely. So this rude behaviour you are going to see many times if you think they can coordinate with you on few issues. Overall firstly I would suggest all better book hotels manually if you can do, secondly if you want to just stay there you can go but think first wisely because this hotel location is also nearly 60meters inside from main road and if it rained for merely 20mins water gets accumulation and you won't be able to reach main road you have to wait for 30 to 40 mins. I was not satisfied i would have given 1star rating but just being generous and room condition was good I am giving 2 star.
