The hotel is god. The room is good. Location is good. 2 stars less for service. The towel provided was unwashed and dirty. The bedsheets were also not fresh. Overall, good value for money.

The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and child-friendly. The play areas and colorful decorations helped alleviate my child's anxiety about being in a hospital. The medical equipment appeared up-to-date and in excellent condition.
