Its very bad staff, who booked hotel and then said sorry we have not any vacant room. very bad and non professional staff and services are there. I recommend no star for aarti hotel nr. Chawla Chowk.

The worst ever service done by Hotel Arti international. No hot water, no AC remote, no tv remote, no proper clean, No key will work to lock the room and no WiFi. ...shhhhhhhhhhpppaaaa.... Please look for some other place to stay for the amount that you are paying. Sweeper and maintenance team is good. For the sweeper and maintenance team we cannot go and adjust with high pay for the stay. So please stay away from starting at Arti international please.

Worst hotel in gandhidham . Non professional staff and receptionist, the way he is talking like the owner and bad experience no wifi ,no towel , no ac remote.

Pravin is guy he is a no manner to how to handle customer and pure rudely behaviour.. ... I paid 1700 rs per room and I feel like 600/- rs per room Please don't go to these type hotel these is not family like hotels ....

Pathetic experience. Rooms in very bad condition. Washroom not even cleaned. Previously used soap, toiletries still lying in washroom. Very poor housekeeping before room allotting. No new toiletries provided in room, had to call n order everything.

The Hotel is good value for money. The location is good and easy to locate. The front office staff & room service is helpful and courtious. The buffet breakfast gives us ample choice of veg. and non-veg dishes.The Restaurant serves delicious veg & non-veg food. Especially the non-veg food is awesome.

Stay was terrible . The spring of the bed provided in executive room was faulty and was making so much noise that we couldn't sleep the whole night . Despite our repeated request for change of room, it was not heeded and we kept on getting assurance for room change. Later we came to know that beds in all the rooms are like that only . Rates were moving in the hotel. TV in the room was not working properly and only the free channels were running so kids couldn't watch. There was noise outside also as there are some workshops behind the hotel . Overall experience was highly unsatisfactory. I booked through makemytrip. They charged as high as a branded hotel and booking was non refundable so I was not having any option otherwise please don't hurry ,much better rooms in some.branded hotels could be found in near vicinity .....

Nice place at a very prime location. It is 5-10 mins from the Gandhidham railway station. The Kandla Port is visible from the terrace. Situated at the heart of the town with every kind of shop within 1 min perimeter. The manager, Neeraj is very alert and cordial person who is present at our every beck & call. The rooms & toilets are clean , AC works fine, cupboard, sheets are super clean, functional television and good plug points are available inside the rooms. Although food isn't available inside the hotel, you can however buy it from outside and eat in, the hotel provides plates & cutlery. In all, it is a comfortable stay.
