Room service is pathetic. Would never suggest anyone to opt for this hotel. You don't get water to drink, if you need water you yourself have to go on ground floor and fill the bottle and take it back to your room. They don't have staff and the ones available are very rude. My parents stayed there and they don't even serve breakfast in room for aged people. For free breakfast too they were charging if we ask them to serve in room. Would never recommend anyone!!

The rooms are good enough but can be improved with a little bit of maintenance. Service was prompt and quick. Location is also favorable as it is pretty close to the Botanic garden metro station.
