Worst hotel ever I experienced. I will not recommend this hotel for anyone. I got to know about this hotel from a auto driver He drop me here and argues for more money and try to fight in front of hotel staff. The rates are high as per room expectation. Firstly they should atleast provide a water bottle or RO water to drink if you checked in any room there but they have not provided the water in the room The person sitting at reception in the morning after 9AM behaves well but the night receptionist is very bad in nature. They mentioned in google maps itself that they provides laundry services for free but they didn't provide it There food quality is good but food charges are very high. The hotel doesn't has a lift. The curtains in the room are very dirty. That is the worst hotel ever

If you are booking AC room. They have the AC control of all rooms at reception. Anytime they switch off the AC at the night. Hotel staff service is good. Receptionist pretend to be helping you from all sides but he is the one who has the control of your AC. Location is good. If I leave AC apart then hotel can be considered for your trip for following reasons. 1- food quality is very good, very tasty and at affordable prices. 2- hotel staff those who provide services on directives of manager are very polite. 3- location of the hotel is on road. 4- hotel has the good place for vehicle parking.

Worst experience ever.. Washroom tabs are not working.. Bedsheet and blankets are dirty.. Even after complaining about it they said it will be dirty like this only. Their is no option for 0 rating otherwise i would have given 0 rating.
No parking space available. The car had to be parked on the main road with no security guard present. The staff was not very courteous not even a bottle of drinking water was provided. Staff were local boys who looked like minors. There was lot of howling and shouting noises throughout the night. Horrible experience. Much better places available nearby. Got conned by the taxi guy. Not Recommended at all.

Phenomenal hotel. Location is a great advantage as it is just a few minutes walk from Pacific Mall. The food is nice but there is a very limited menu. Service is average. They didn't give proper toiletries even after asking them for it.
