Staff is good. Rooms are good. Need to improve service. Great Value.

For Rooms: Rooms were looking good but their was lots of mosquitoes and some short of old fallen hair. For Service: Rude behaviour by the counter staff not only with me rather must rude with several/all guest. No cold water is provided free of cost here. But normal water is provided that too unheartedly. For location: Little inside, not in the main or sub line road.

Bad Experience: - They provided towel and soap after 3hrs of check-in time (in between I called them 7-8 times) -Provided non-ac room on the same price, while my booking was for ac. - No air ventilation - No light bulb in washroom -No water refill ay reception.

Almost all staff are good and hotel should little bit improve.. Overall great And before some time they are not providing towel I don't know why

We booked the hotel via Oyo and the money was prepaid. The room they provided to us was not clean at all the quilt had multiple curry stains with dried up curry on it and the bedsheet also had multiple stains and in the bathroom there was urine which was not cleaned and we also found ladies dress from the wardrobe. After informing all this with the hotel staff they only changed the quilt sheets and cleared the ladies dress and didn't even changed the bedsheets or cleaned the bathroom or even provide us with water. Also the staff was very rude when we mentioned regarding the urine in the bathroom what they first said was "what else will be in the bathroom". Worst hotel stay experience ever.

Honestly speaking they don't even deserve a star. The guys sitting on the other side of the table have their own monopoly. In case you are booking this pathetic hotel via any third party or vendor these people will not entertain you and will simply say "All our rooms are booked" We don't see your booking ID at our end Bla Bla. Such a pathetic welcoming. God bless you. Atleast be true to yourself.

Worst place to stay , I have visited so many times beautiful places of India booked many hotels but staff disagree to checkin at the cost provided by oyo. We have paid half amount to oyo, Oyo also not shifted hotel to another hotel. Atlast we have to stay here only by paying extra money. Suggested not to come , not safe for couples, Blankets not washed since purchase it seems. Un hygienic to stay... plz don't book this hotel

Had the worst experience during our entire north indian travel. We booked their room through makemytrip but when we reached there they said they have no room. They didnt update their availability of rooms and we had to waste the entire day because of them.
