Hotel Aamanthrana - Vegetarian restaurant in Bidar - Bidar, India

The food is decent, but the overall service leaves much to be desired. Some staff members are exceptions. The restroom, which is located in a corner, is often not adequately maintained for cleanliness. It appears they don't pay much attention to hygiene, as cleaning is done while customers are eating.

We had a veg thali (90RS) and a malai kofta with garlic naan and the flavour was amazing! So much food and delightful variety in the thali dishes. The staff were so efficient and eager to please. The place was busy which is always a good testament to food quality! Definitely recommend this place on your visit to Bidar!

Taste of thr food is decent, no proper service, No hygiene, One of the waiter behaved rude to us, we just informed to the owner, the owner is saying he has more experience and serve the food to VIPs so the owner is encouraging them to behave rude, the experienced waiter won't wear the dress code (so funny) , overall food is decent but service is bad.

Service is very very poor, need to wait long hours for ordering the dish and should waut long hours for dish to come. If anybody has a busy schedule it's going to mesh up, daibetic patient becomes hypoglycemic god is the saviour. Taste us above average.

Food quality can be defined as tasty and does the justice with the Udupi name.. Nevertheless serving needs to be improved

Since we were new in the town, we (me and my colleague) visited this hotel atleast 3 or 4 times a week. Service was somewhat ok, like they usually forget to give u napkin and finger bowl. One day, we made UPI payment which got stuck and showed as Under Processing, we made another payment and the cashier told, "sir, once transfer get successful to us, we will refund the amount". In response to complaint made to UPI and bank, I get to know that money had been successfully credited to beneficiary, but cashier made us to effort like hell to refund the same.after 7 days they refunded the amount and still was in denial mood, but luckily I had the statment of both txn and their UPI txn history had the record of my claim. So, guys, be aware of such incident.

Food quality and Taste is fine, I think main course quantity is little bit less. That's okay. Overall yummy .
