I wish the bed linens were given fresh and bathrooms were dry. We took a special deluxe room. Room size is decent, but the bathroom had water always standing. Bathroom is one step high from room. With water standing, one needs to be careful going in/out of bathroom.

Location is very good near to Vishwanath temple. In middle of Main market, every thing is available on walking distance. But toilet was not good. Staff is very polite and helpful. Overall good for family stay.
I want to give 3.5. Pros: 1.close vicinity to the temple. 2. Lots of shopping around. 3. Room size is good 4. Staff is courteous, flexible and helpful Cons: 1. lack of transportation is big setback 2. Bathrooms are stinky. Reported several times but were not fixed.
Bedsheet was not changed or cleaned throughout our stay we were total 10 people and having 2 rooms . At the time of checking they said room was not available we only alot you one room right now.and after almost 10hr we got second room. Even at the time of checkout they we adding the paid bills in the final bill and telling us that you have to pay the amount.

The hotel has a smooth check-in process. The room (Triple Comfort) was well furnished and provided, however it wasn't maintained well, hence it had dampness and the washroom wasn't clean.
All types of services were slow. Rooms in the photos were deceiving. Rooms were not clean. AC will be switched off from outside the moment you leave the room. Have to remind numerous times to switch on the AC. Even that did not help as AC was not cool enough.
