Hotel rooms interior and facility is good. Staff is ok as per hotel. Major problem is cleanliness and hygiene. Hotel receptionist keep smoking all time, lying on bed of rooms which are not occupied and smoking. So all rooms and reception area you feel continuously smell of smoking all time. Not good hotel to go or stay with family. They have a charged extra 500rs for early check in at 7:00 am, although we were leaving in night and not about to stay there till next morning.
1. Hotel Location is good. 2. Entire hotel room and lobby has smoking smell. As their owner keeps smoking in the unoccupied rooms. 3. Owner was very rude. But other workers were good. 4. Bathroom was clean but bedsheets and matress is not clean and again same smoking smell. Dustbin was not clean. 5. Hotel building is very old so whatever photos you are seeing are not far from reality. 6. They charge extra 500rs for early check-in. 7. Hotel WiFi has good 35mbps speed.
Not sure how many years ago the hotel actually looked like what is shown in the images. We booked a Deluxe room for one night as we were visiting some friends in Ahmedabad and needed a place to sleep but what we got was a nightmare. The hotels and rooms are very unhygienic and dirty. We were given a room from which we saw the owner/manager coming out of, as he was sleeping there. They didn't even bother to change the sheets and pillow covers stating that the laundry comes in at noon. We booked a non-smoking room and got a room with ash tray, an unlit cigarette and smoke smell I would recommend that you book the cheapest OYO hotel available than this one.
The rooms are not clean as shown in the pictures and the entire hotel smells of smoke. If you go through the reviews, you can see that the initial reviews are also not genuine.
Very Good hotel due to its prime location and the services provided by hotel staff very good and they so much co-operative team and interior facility of hotel is excellent , rooms and bad sheets and other accessories provided by hotel is net and clean ..Thank you team Hotel A-1 ..I will recommend to my friend to stay in Hotel A-1
