Best hotel in class at zirakpur. The staff is very helpful.
The hotel does not follow basic architectural guidelines. More than half the rooms do not have any windows. It is built entirely for maximum profit. Washrooms are tiny and have absolutely no ventilation.
Amazing stay. Very attentive staff . House Keeping staff were excellent. Their professional capabilities apart were extremely honest. An excellent start to our New Year. The front office staff was extremely cordial nd efficient. The Chef of course was great.
Staff services are quite slow at Hotel A one and also they do not offer good ones. Their location is okay but not that attractive. Also prices are different on all booking sites. My friend finalized it while coming to our city. But she was totally dissatisfied.
Very poor hotel.... Bad and sticky bed sheets..... Dirty rooms though it is a new property but services not upto the mark. At the time of check in I asked for the a clean bathroom several times but still toilet was very bad conditions, called reception room service several times for seeking help.... Food is also not good.
Wonderful hotel..... it's the best I could have got looking at the rates. The stay becomes more pleasant when the staff is also accomodating and cooperative.
