Food was good, room was nice and we had amazon prime on the TV however 2 things i disliked were:
1. They were cleaning our room without our consent when we came back to the hotel at around 2-4 pm. We didn't ask for it and we weren't planning to check out either. What if we had valuables inside? Our privacy was barged into.
2. I had clearly told the receptionist that i needed my breakfast ready by 8am and he agreed. However in the morning no breakfast had showed up till 8:15 so i called them and they said the cook arrives at 8. Seriously? Why didn't they mentioned it last night? Where is the coordination between the night and the day shift guy? By the time food had arrived it had been 8:45am. I was 45 mins late for my work. Pathetic!
Great budget hotel, we stayed in Room no#206 which was clean, spacious and had decent amenities.
They have great potential to improve further.
The rooms are comfortable with the balcony view. Mattress was very comfortable.
The only problem I had with was with the towels that I felt were little smelly ( or not dried well)
Else the accessibility is good.
Insects in room, found one on bed too.
Arrogant staff esp Mr. Amit no consideration for even a repeat traveller. Start calling like a call center for check out from morning.
