They serve good Pizzas and burgers but use cheap quality cheese and the WORST Chicken biryani that I have ever had. The quantity was less, it was so dry, too much spicy, overpriced and chicken was stale. I would not recommend other people to try it.

Hi everyone, this side shweta , I just want to share my experience about this perfect restaurant in town ,. Yesterday I was looking for food.
Then I came to know that , Hotspot is already has opened a franchise in Hamirpur
Then I visited here and ordered Noodles and Burger and the Burger was tasty.
I recommend you all to visit Hotspot for best food experience
I was a regular customer of Hotspot. I was ordering from the time they started thier operations but somehow even Hotspot proved that quality can be compromised.
I ordered garlic bread on 21st July from Hotspot and it was almost 100% burnt.
I raised a complaint and even the store manager and I think the owner himself gave me assurance that it will not happen in the future and also told me to compensate for that.
Today I ordered pizza and garlic bread from Hotspot and told them to compensate for the same and they are giving me 50 rs discount on a bill of arround 700.
Apart from the discount , the owner is telling me that I am asking for compensation after a long period. And his wording was you take 60rs discount instead of rs 50.
How cheap he is.
Now when I started eating my pizza the quality is pathetic.
The quality is very low .
A big disappointed day for me and also this is clear that Hotspot has grown a lot in terms of business but quality is going low .
I am from Delhi, and I visited hotspot as could not find Dominos or Pizza Hut, after having their pizza I wished they had a hub in delhi also.
Everything is fine but the price of cheese balls, nuggets and all other side snacks is not justified with respect to the quantity they provide.
Went to this domino's a while back. Staff was very sweet and patient.
Even helped me to understand how to order a pizza in Puccabharoh regardless of its unavailability of delivery in this area.
