They are not served normal water once you need to buy mineral water and they charge an extra 10 rupees for Rs20 bottle of water. And now the food quality is the worst and the behaviour of the owner is disgusting.
It became my one the favourite restaurant when I tasted this restaurant's Biriyani and Chicken Chap for the first time at my English Tuition during Teachers' Day celebration. After that I became their regular customer. I tried so much food items here. Although the quantity of food seems quite low to me but all the foods are delicious.
Staff members are very familiar ...and the food quality was awsom I will highly recommend to visit this place

The food of Hot Lips was very good for so long. But today I went to buy food from Hot Lips and I saw that the oil kept in the bowl fell down and they picked up the oil and used it again for cooking. They don't even think about us because they don't eat themselves.
Food quality is good, Chinese and Indian food are available here. This restaurant have so many seating place to enjoy food with family and friends on any weekday or holidays.
Today I ordered chicken kasha, me and my 6yrs old ate it at home. When I went to kitchen to take the last piece from the plastic container of hotlips I saw a cockroach in the gravy. Complained to restaurant and sent them picture. I don't know what protocol u follow or WHT hygiene u do in kitchen but the experience was worth puking. Taste was good when I ate first but when I saw the cockroach I was like pls take this gravy away. Better be careful with cleanliness and environment. This post did not had option to attach picture so I had uploaded it separately have a look.
