Ordered 2 paneer dosa and 2 filter coffee. The dosa was ordered with less oil, however there was a lot of oil incidently due to the paneer masala. When I complained they took back both dosas and remade them with virtually no oil. Amazing service!
They are giving curd rice parcel in a small side dish box! When questioned the manager said yes that is the box for side dish only but that is the quantity they will give! Disgusting customer service from a an apparently reputed brand

Used to go here for the best filter coffee in the nearby area. This place is jam packed for car parking. Better to walk to this place. Moreover everything is self service here. Used to be cleaner in the previous years but now staff are less and hygiene appears to be questionable
This place serves one of the best filter coffees in the city. Their iddly, dosa and tiffin items are average.
Justu pass quality veg food, the open kitchen is a brave attempt of being transparent with their hygiene but in this branch, it just backfires on them cuz none of them wear their gloves or hair caps. Also, the people who work in the kitchen work at speed 1.5 out of 5. Never seen any kind of urgency in their movement in the 2 months of me buying there regularly. (Then why do I buy there? Cuz it's affordable and on my way to work) Billing staff is ok, but the card machine doesn't work at times (2/5) times. Packing is good, they use rubber bands instead of twine.
