Apart form weight training the fitness club provides training on martial arts such as Boxing and MMA. There is a separate section for ladies in the fitness center which is conducted by a lady coach. The above mentioned weight training, Martial arts and training to ladies are conducted simultaneously in separate rooms. It's a best fitness Club in this area.
