A small chat shop located inside an old complex in Vepery. Many say that this is the same Hot n Cold in Vepery near G1 that's now renamed & relocated as Hot n Chill. I'm not sure.
They serve all standard chat items from Pani Puri, Bhel, Sev Puri's, Breads - Sandwiches, etc. While the taste of most items was pretty good - Tangy, chatpat, spicy and mouth watering. However, the overall experience was very bland and the reasons are as follows -
They don't display the prices of the items they sell (very bad practice)
They use a lot of Mayo to substitute for Cheese (many do it)
The attitude of the staff is very cold
The price is very high (relative to the quantity)
I'd appeal to the joint owner to look into these aspects and hopefully they can course correct.

Great place for a friendly hangout. They have a limited but decent menu. The cafe offers jain delicacies too so a nice quick bite spot for people who prefer food without onion/garlic.
